Initial deposit is non-refundable
As of 60 days prior to the tour, and beyond the initial deposit, portion of trip costs refundable to Prodigy Student Travel, Inc. will be refunded to customer up to 30 days prior to tour date.
Refunds requested within 30 days of the tour will be made at the discretion of Prodigy Student Travel, Inc.

Security Refund Policy

If the schools decides to cancel the tour for security reasons, including Covid-19 and its variants, up until 60 days before the departure date, a 90% refund of the total trip price will apply. Cancellation within 59 days of the departure date will result in an 80% refund of the total trip price.
