Since 2000, each Prodigy Student Travel tour has been designed and implemented to ensure the best possible value for our students, their schools, and their parents. Prodigy tours are characterized by:
We travel on late-model motorcoaches with excellent-rated drivers, AAA-rated hotels (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, for example), and an experienced staff of tour directors and night hotel chaperones.
Most of our staff is made up of former and retired educators who have each participated in an average of 60 student tours. We also enlist the talents of local guides in cities such as Gettysburg, Williamsburg, Washington, DC, and New York City, just to name a few.
Our tours provide students the opportunity to actually feel and see first-hand the monuments, structures, places, and neighborhoods that make our tour cities famous. From experiencing the excitement of Times Square and Wall Street in New York City, to touring the White House and Capitol Building in Washington, DC, to taking a dinner cruise down the mighty Mississippi River in St. Louis, your students experience and enjoy the very things that define some of the nation’s best cities. We also visit recreation centers, theme-restaurants (Medieval Times, Hard Rock Café), plays/musicals (The Lion King, Mamma Mia, The Phantom of the Opera), sporting events (MLB, NBA, and NHL games), and much, much more!
