Welcome aboard! To ensure a safe and fun trip, we ask travelers to follow these "Rules of the Road."
Respect the "Mobile Home"
Keep it Clean: Use the provided trash bags. Do not leave wrappers, bottles, or food in the seat pockets or on the floor.
Final Sweep: Every time we exit the bus, check your area for personal items. If you bring it on, you take it off!
Electronic Etiquette: Use headphones for music and games. Keep the volume at a level that doesn't disturb your neighbors.
Restrooms: For EMERGENCY use only. Place ONLY human waste and toilet tissue down the toilet. The restroom tanks do not get emptied daily, so how you treat the restroom will determine the air quality on the bus for the remainder of the trip
Safety First
Stay Seated: Remain in your seat while the bus is in motion.
Aisle Clear: Keep the center aisle completely clear of bags, feet, and pillows at all times.
Entertainment: Movies will be started before the bus begins moving or during a scheduled stop. Do not ask the driver to change movies while they are driving.
Hotel Arrival Protocol
The Luggage Crew: If you are part of the designated Luggage Crew, you will exit first to help unload the bays.
Wait for the Signal: All other students must stay in their seats until the Luggage Crew is finished and a teacher gives the official "all clear" to exit.
Key Distribution: Stay on the bus until you receive your room key. Do not crowd the doors.
Being a Good Guest
The Stairs Rule: If your room is on a lower floor (2nd or 3rd), please use the stairs at the hotel. This leaves the elevators open for those on high floors and those carrying heavy bags.
Volume Control: When walking through hotel hallways, use "library voices" out of respect for other guests.
